"Was my Dad your doc on Okinawa?" by Thomas

I am trying to contact anyone who may have been a patient of my father (or worked with him) during Vietnam War, mid-1966 to early 1969. He was an Army surgeon assigned to Camp Kuwea, now Camp Lester, on Okinawa and he operated on hundreds of young men during that time. His name was Thomas Thaxter. Thank you to anyone who can help me.
